"The Hotel is Exceptionally Clean, the Cleanliness of the place is top notch. Room is very comfortable and city view is really nice. Although the Breakfast is just moderate not really a Standard Breakfast. But overall the stay was great"

"The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and looked just like the pictures, which I really appreciated. Overall, we were very comfortable with the room itself. There were a few things that could have made the stay better. I had to ask several times for bedding for the pullout bed before receiving it. Breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel and had a decent selection, but they ran out of coffee/tea cups, which was inconvenient. My biggest issue was the parking. When we selected and booked the hotel, parking was advertised as being available. However, when we arrived, we learned there was no onsite parking and had to use a local valet parking service instead. Valet parking was $55 for in-and-out privileges, which was an unexpected additional expense. Parking availability was one of the things we considered when choosing the hotel, so this was disappointing. I did notice that the hotel has since updated the listing to reflect the parking situation, which is helpful for future guests. Overall, the room itself was beautiful and exactly as pictured. With better attention to guest requests, keeping breakfast supplies stocked, and clearer communication regarding parking and other amenities, the experience would have been much better."
