"It is in a convenient location if you are there to see the Joshua Tree Park. It is an older hotel don’t have high expectations pillows are super flat. After reading some of the older reviews I was a little concerned about the possibility of blood sucker’s feeding on me! Yikes. We needed a room for a night as we were traveling through. Oh! And the older pictures on the wall reminded me of a Scooby Doo episode where the picture slides back and a hand comes out."

""The Spa Hotel has a grand view of nearby Mount San Jacinto offering 8 different hot mineral pools set at different temperatures. Inside is an enclosed bar with a wrap around view of the pools outside with low prices! The cafe food is excellent with low prices that helps feed the local retired community of sun worshippers. There's 7-11 across the street, enjoy your stay!"

"My stay was great. The two bedroom was very spacious, the view from the balcony was amazing, and I found everything I needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice too. The elevator and garage for my car really gave a luxury touch. I also love that it’s a newer built, compared to many other places in Big Bear. The only complaint I would have is the check out at 10am. What happened to check out at noon? First it was changed to 11, now 10, what’s next?? Other than that it was lovely, and I would definitely stay there again.❤️"
