Nous avions réservé une chambre "romantique" il ne s'agit en réalité que d'une "suite" classique, rien de romantique, pas la même décoration que sur les photos. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, on m'a vaguement parlé d'un ajustement du prix en conséquence, remboursé sur la carte ayant servi au paiement, mais à ce jour je n'ai rien vu arriver. Tant pis. « From check-in to check-out the staff were accommodating, attentive, and courteous. The room was perfect in every way for myself, my husband, and two adult sons. LOVED the natural soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! What I disliked was the very personal and loud conversation of 2 female staff on 7/12/26 at the continental breakfast. « This hotel has amazing front desk staff: period. Thank you! Great pool The Suites are pretty good layout but the cleanliness/upkeep of the furnishing is not so good. My daughter was supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa but she was horrified of the stained couch so didn't sleep there. There is also an open part under the front door of the rooms so she was always worried something was going to crawl in :( Unfortunately, the night we wanted to eat in the restaurant they could not serve us at...
