If a quiet romantic getaway is what you are craving, this is the place! Less than 14 miles away, you’ll find the popular Ojo Mineral Springs Spa, and a gourmet restaurant within walking distance. The space
Eloquent home, open floor plan with radiant heat floors to keep you cozy on chilly nights. Bring some groceries and enjoy the well-stocked kitchen. Not interested in cooking, we are a stone's throw from incredible dining at NOSA restaurant. From morning coffee on the porch to watching the sunset this beautifully decorated casita offers picturesque views. It is well-furnished and has almost anything you could need during your stay.

We love pets and understand wanting to bring them with you, please be aware that we have a pet fee.

The perfect escape from humid E Texas. Great weather. Coffee on the patio every morning in sweats and shorts after brunch. Lazy drive to shopping/dining (is NM doing a passive aggressive protest of TX speed limits?), so stock up since you won’t want to leave anyway. This house makes you want to rent it for a month and write your novel

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Laurie's place. The view is lovely and the place is very relaxing. Upon check-in we ran into an issue but once we contacted Laurie, she ensured it was made right for us. She was communicative, professional, and ensured we were satisfied. Nice, relaxing getaway with great views

We really enjoyed staying here. Unique floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful views. Everything we needed was there. There was also plenty of firewood available (and I regret not using the fireplace - but if we would have used it, there would have been more than enough wood). Last but not least, check in and checkout we’re both very straightforward. If we visit this area again, I would definitely choose to stay here!

Quiet solitude in luxurious property

My wife, dog and I had a great stay. Laurie was very communicative when we had a brief power outage, offering to find a hotel for us and refunding the night. Fortunately, the power was restored. Will be back.

Northern New Mexico Charm

Had a relaxing private retreat in a charming, well-appointed casita with great views of Northern New Mexico landscape, skies, and birds. It is situated for easy day trips to Ojo Caliente Hot Springs and Abiquiu, NM. There are not a lot of dining options nearby so I brought my own food and ate in for the most part.

My husband and I had a rejuvenating retreat at Kiva. The landscape is beautiful and the casita exceeded our expectations. The space has a magical quality with beautiful artwork throughout. We also had exceptional meals at NOSA - Chef Graham is so talented. Hope to return soon!

Unique Architecture & Art

This romantic and tranquil getaway boasts a stunning and fun blend of southwestern and contemporary architecture replete with modern amenities, and is filled with southwestern & contemporary art throughout. It's also a coffee lover's delight, boasting various coffee machines including grinders, as well as an assortment of beans. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching various birds at the birdfeeder, including the beautiful Western tanager. Our Golden Doodle was with us and we took him for scenic walks on the winding road leading to the property. We did run into a small snafu upon check-in which Laurie promptly addressed. We dearly loved the property, but might mention that there is no hot tub despite its mention in the online listing. If the opportunity arises, we'd love to return to this oasis!

An all-around great experience

We had a great week! This place is in an ideal location, nearly equidistant to Taos and Santa Fe, and just minutes from the Ojo Caliente Spa. The unit itself was extremely clean and modern, and communication with the property owner was seemless.

Perfect Hideaway

What a magnificent home and location! Secluded with breathtaking views! Quiet and peaceful. My fiance and I enjoyed the outdoor fireplace nightly. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, this home has all the amenities one can need or want. Its embellished with Southwestern flare and decorated exquisitely. Laurie was a fabulous host! Perfect seclusion!

We work in a high stress real estate business, and this casita location was perfect! The house had everything we needed, and we only saw 2 other people the whole week we were there. We made a small fire every morning inside while we had our coffee, and then a small fire outside in the evenings! We will be back soon! Gorgeous views!!
