perfect for us a quiet residential area, 15 minute walk to historic downtown. Bfast was delicious, but they only 1 other guest staying the week we were there and the host did not eat Bfast with us. we did not use the outdoor spaces as they were minimal, but there was lots of room in our room (an additional sitting room and work table in add to the bedroom)

Beautiful hotel right near everything in Santa Fe. We barely needed our car which was great.

Great location - walkable to all best restaurants and downtown. Had some issues with housekeeping (had to ask for some items) but overall no issues. Great breakfast daily! The “snacks” advertised as “available all day” consisted of granola bars available only 2 of the 5 days we stayed. The bar was closed - apparently due to a recent break-in.

2nd time staying here. I love the artwork, the location, and the general ambiance of the hotel. However, this time was marred by paper thin walls, listening to complaints and arguments from next door, doors slamming, etc. The other thing I didn't appreciate was the "everyone must valet park" rule. No signage, no applicable warning, just show up, get your parking ticket, and have someone run you down stating they need your car because it's all valet now. It was a bit unnerving, and had I not seen others get pulled to the side behind me, I would have thought this was some theft scam. In the end, it all worked out. But you might want to choose otherwise until the construction is complete. The lack of clear signage about the hotel entrance was also a miss. You'd think with all this construction they'd have this figured out by now, but it seems there are still some growing pains.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Main dining room needs to replace all dining table chairs. We needed to add booster cushions to reach the table to eat. This is a higher end hotel and should never be an issue. Loved shuttle Into Santa Fe , Peter the driver was terrific.
