Hotell manager daily payed visits amongst guests and came for a little chat. Location is next to the main road and only a few minutes walk from the Beach. In general Kata Beach is good choice with children being a bit quiter than Patong. Wir wurden mehrfach „belästigt“ und haben uns mit zwei Kindern nicht sicher gefühlt. Wir haben zwei mal das Essen auf Grund dessen abgebrochen, Essen kam zwei mal kalt und hat lange gedauert - obwohl es hiess „10 Minuten“ und wir eilig los mussten, das Frühstück ist für die Anzahl Personen viel zu klein, absolut keine angenehme Atmosphäre, da das Personal die Teller nur auf den Abräumwagen gefeuert hat; Check in war „Massenabfertigung“ keine zusätzlichen Informationen, allgemein schlechte Englisch Kenntnisse des Personals, vier mal Feueralarm nachts ohne keine Informationen warum. My kids and I fell off and got bleed.The staff just blamed my child that she fell because she was running.I tried to tell them the floor had bad design.I also saw many people slipped.It is very dangerous when the floor got wet from rain. The slider did not well designed since there are too much gap between slider and water which make us hurt when we crash with water. A lot of big ants came out all over the room.So scary. Bad breakfast.
