Excellent location. Walkable distance to shopping

Have stayed here 3 months ago. Staff members have been moved around. Would be good if needed we could transfer our bookings within their company to other hotels.

Rude staff

They are in a prime location but the staff is really unfriendly. The day I was leaving I ordered a cab/taxi through them so I could make it to my midnight flight. I came downstairs 10mins before my cab to drop off the keys and they checked my hotel. They said my towels were dirty (of course, I stayed 4/5days there and they didn't give me new ones or refill toilet paper) and tried to charge me to not wash but BUY new towels. I told them you can wash the towels, you have to wash your linens anyways but my taxi is here i have to go. They almost made me miss the cab I pre-ordered/paid for over towels. Meh. There are other hotels ,plenty actually in this area,for the same exact price (my friends paid for) with a much more professional staff.

A good budget hotel with good location and jacuzzi

We stayed for 2 nights in Jan 2017. The hotel is very conveniently located at the Soi Sansabai, the road going straight from the famous Bangla Road at Patong and just 5-7 mins walking from the beach. It is a busy street with lots of restaurants from all over for good lunch/dinner options. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The best part is the private Jacuzzi in the room, which helps you relax after a tiring day full of Phuket activities. The staff is friendly and helping. Only one issue is that the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but you have to walk a few metres to reach the nearby restaurant for breakfast. But Seven eleven and other stores are just a stones throw away. Overall, a good budget hotel for stay at Patong in Phuket.

非常舊的酒店

房間非常舊，與圖片相差很大，而且走廊至房間都有異味 冷氣機會噴水 隔音很差，晚上其他住客出入都聽得很清楚

good price big room & big bed..With shower & bath.

the room for the price was good..However book online and get better rate..did hear the building work outside the hotel from the widow @ thai boxing you can hear on the 4 floor .good wifi on that floor.. if your there when it rains make sure you have big boots as it's outside the hotel it will cover up to your ankle..but it's still hot .

てるみくらぶのツアーにて

hotelの場所はもの凄く良かった。バングラ通りまでまっすぐ歩き5分程。ルームメイキングも毎日行ってもらえた。シーツの汚れは気になったけど。あと気になる点は、お風呂場の水漏れがひどかった。洗面所の下が水浸し。トイレットペーパーのストックなし。ロビーに電話して持ってきてもらった。バルコニーがあったら嬉しかったな。しかし立地がいいし安いので、また利用したい。

Do not stay here. We left as soon as we arrived.

Lobby was nice until we got to our room. Filthy, stained bed, dirty bathroom. Dead bug under the blanket. And the hallway smelled like a dead animal. We left right after checking in. Please don't be deceived by the nice photos online. This place is next to a night club and designed for bringing prostitutes back to the rooms. Don't make the same mistake as us.

ask for room away from Street noise

stayed here two nights before and couldn't sleep because of all the noise from the restaurants. this time I asked for a room high up and on opposite side of hotel. end result quiet room good sleep happy at last.
