PERFECT IN ALL THE RIGHT WAYS!
We took a gamble on this rental since there weren't many reviews, but let me tell you - DO NOT PASS THIS BY! This rental is THREE levels of wonderfully styled entertainment and living space. We spent most of our time exploring downtown Philly and Fishtown for restaurants and such, and it was just minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and we even got to meet an older lady that lived across the street and had the BEST stories about growing up there. The neighborhood is definitely going through revitalization and we loved the proximity to everything! First floor: Kitchen, living room and a GORGEOUS huge full bathroom. Second floor: Two bedrooms (master suite has a full bathroom as well), and the top floor features TWO entertainment rooftop deck areas! It was way too cold for us to enjoy the outdoor areas, but I would imagine in the spring and early fall, it's probably where you'd definitely spend a lot of time. There are 4 total rental units in the building, but we never heard a single neighbor. I'm not even sure if anyone else was in the building but us. Yolanda was so helpful and communicative, and she checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Something to note: This rental is on the top floor of the building, so you do need to be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs, but we had no issues with that.
