We stayed for a night on way to Gettysburg. We ate at a very nice restaurant and had a pleasant time, but there were some things that could have been better. The room was SMALL. And when I say “small”, I mean barely enough room for our luggage and we had to maneuver ourselves just not to walk on each other. I know it’s a downtown hotel and rooms are typically on the smallish side, but this is the smallest we have ever stayed at. Second thing that could have been better was the bed. It was not comfortable. It was clearly old and mushy and offered no support.
Other than that, the upside was we had a nice river view out the window and the staff was very nice and the facility was clean.
