Our home is next to our boutique hotel "The Bay Inn" which has been completely remodeled. You will have your own private entrance, outdoor patio, and bbq.

The Bay Inn is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Petoskey, MI, just a short walk from Little Traverse Bay and downtown. Enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area, with easy access to parks, recreation, and Lake Michigan.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended but you can ride bikes just about anywhere in Petoskey.

Other Things to Note:
A complete remodel was done to make The Bay Inn as beautiful and unique as possible.

We wont be on site but will be available at all times through the messaging system..

Accurate of inside but not outside in pics
We definitely didn’t know it was directly next to a hotel and a highway was dividing us and the water . The way pics are we thought we had a private patio that had water view but the patio was next to a hotel and parking lot. The inside was great and clean and very cute . And we were minutes from downtown Petoskey and bay harbor

The home was just as represented in the pictures. Great updates. Tons of room with 3 bedrooms living room and dining room, loved the sunroom. Would stay again.

Worst rental property experience for our group.
I will start with PROS: - place was clean recently renovated. - check in was easy with a key lock but that is where the positives end CONS: -listed as 7 bedroom, even though there's only 3 (Although host did remedy this by providing the studio, but only after many complaints and stress). we were expecting 4 due to 4 different small families being there. one family was in the open area. - no crib, only pack and play - no wifi (which was major issue due to homework which was due 5/28) - no portable heaters (when contacted they said they haven't arrived yet) - listed as fully stocked kitchen but wasn't (only spice rack provided) - no dishwasher tabs or detergent (we had to purchase) - only provided 3 - 4 garbage bags (had to purchase more) - had to purchase toilet paper. only a few rolls were provided. it was not enough for 8 adults and 4 kids. The location: Great pictures but the giant red trash container in the front of the house was a turn off along with all the old mattresses pilled on the side of the house. We would of found another property if it wasn't for my parents being slightly immobile
