"I had high hopes when I made this reservation. I have stayed here before and it was very nice. I should've remembered it had been several years since I last stayed here, and it was a time when people truly cared about their job and not just wanting the paycheck to play on their phone. The room was ok, just ok. Not super clean. But the staff just seemed to not give two cents if you stayed there or not, if they helped you or not. A $150 security deposit is put on your card when you check in, I found that ironic. And in the room in two or three places there are reminders to tip... nope. If you can stay at one of the other hotels around there, do so. This one needs some real attention."
