« The canvas cabin was basically brand new as were all the furnishings. Same for the entire facility. Everything was clean and new. It was a nice glamping place. I was worried about heat, since it was about 50 degrees. The space heater worked like a champ. I stayed there to bicycle the Hincapie Gran Fondo about 3 miles away at Hotel Domestique. It was a quick and easy commute. The camp store and bathroom facilIty was also basically brand new and very nice. »

« This is our second time at Ma & Pa's because we love it so much. It feels straight out of a fairytale. We go to work, reconnect, and relax which is hard to nail all at once, but this cabin helps us do just that. It is close enough to town to hop out and grab a bite, but cozy enough to stay in and cook. We do both. We love crossing the bridge to get in the cabin and the lights at night make it feel magical. We love it as a couple, but can't wait to bring our kids here one day too. There is plenty...

It give close access to Pisgah and Dupont state parks which offer great hikes and beautiful waterfalls. Within walking distance is Pisgah Bakehouse which has great coffee, cakes, pizza and fresh baked sourdough breads. »

Super clean and charming open concept cabin was perfect for our family - 2 parents, 2 grandparents, and 3 kids ages 14, 11, and 9\. Both adult couples had their own room on the main floor and the 14 year old had his own room upstairs while the two youngest shared the room next to him. We cooked, built a fire, enjoyed the hot tub, and played...

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, qui mérite largement ses bonnes évaluations. L’établissement est parfaitement entretenu, très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien aménagées et modernes, on sent que tout est bien pensé pour le confort des clients. Mais il y a deux points négatifs que je tiens à souligner, car ils ont réellement impacté mon expérience : 1\. Pas de laverie sur place. Franchement, c’est une grosse déception. Je m’attendais à pouvoir faire une lessive, surtout pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Ce n’est pourtant pas grand-chose : deux machines à laver et deux sèche-linges suffiraient à rendre ce service disponible. C’est vraiment le seul équipement qui manquait, et c’est ce qui m’a empêché de mettre 5 étoiles. 2\. Pas de service de chambre pour les séjours de nuit à nuit. J’ai trouvé ça très bizarre. Si on reste deux nuits sur une seule réservation, la chambre n’est pas refaite. Mais si on réserve deux nuits séparément, le ménage est fait ? Pourquoi ? C’est exactement le même prix, donc je ne comprends pas la logique. Ce n’est d’ailleurs pas le seul hôtel où j’ai vu ça, mais c’est une pratique que je trouve injustifiée et confuse. En résumé : un excellent hôtel, que je recommande sans hésiter, mais quelques détails qui, s’ils étaient corrigés, rendraient l’expérience vraiment parfaite."
