The bedroom has a king size bed. The cottage is 610 square feet of panelled coziness nestled in shady woods within walking distance of the Flat Rock Playhouse and Carl Sandburg National Historic Site and Flat Rock's "Rainbow Row" (0.4 mile). The cottage is a separate living area but connected to the owners' house by a common roof. The cottage is located within the Bonclarken Conference Center. We were in the area to attend a production of Dirty Dancing at the Flat Rock Playhouse. The location of the cabin was only a short distance to the theater with several restaurants close by. However, while at the cabin we felt we were in the forest. The cabin was spotless and decorated nicely. Everything we needed was there.
