"The toilet bowl leaked and I had to use a towel to soak it up The shower door was broken and it looked like Breakers Resort haven’t repaired the door in months or There were no blankets on the bed when I arrived Otherwise, the stay at Breakers was very good. When I usually do not disturb sign on the door, I wish that the staff would leave Fresh Supplies and coffee rather than doing nothing "

"The hot tub and pool were very dirty, full of sand, none of the ice makers worked, when I booked the room I specifically asked for the hot tub and pool to be near, I was out in the building across the road with no pool, no ice make, no hot tub, with the construction workers running fht outside my window. "My family of 4 stayed here from a Tues-Sat. My 2 children loved the resort! It was a nice size resort and walking distance to the amenities. Definitely a family resort, or for couples and singles. We met a lot of people visiting. there were 3 pools and a few hot tubs. I would suggest bringing your own donut for the poo and they have a air pump by pool area. There is also an indoor pool thats connected to the outdoor pool! The kids loved swimming through both. A huge plus were the pool hours-they closed at 11pm! My kids are 11 and 13, so after dinner a night swim was a great option and something to do before bed. They also had a basketball court, etc which was great because my son is obsessed with bball. A quick shower and dip in the pool was the perfect afternoon for him. There was a bar and food options in pool area but we didn't use. The room was a great size, neat and clean. The screened in patio was perfect. Very close to a lot of stores and shops. We also did the villa tour with Clayton, he did not try to oversell anything and there was no pressure. We highly recommend and would love to return in the future. Check it out!"

"This was our second time here and we got a 2 bedroom suite with partial ocean view, and loved it, the only problem we have is that the housekeeping is available only of you stay 4 nights or more and with kids and beach and sand it does gets dirty"

"I had to call the front desk several times because of other guests smoking pot on the balconies. They did nothing. One day we came off the elevator and smelled it in the hallway. The bed was absolutely horrible! The room had rust all over. It’s outdated. The couch and chair was uncomfortable. There was no water pressure in the shower head. The tub had a decent pressure but as soon as you turn it to the shower the pressure goes away. I have waist length hair and rising my hair was a nightmare. It took forever! Then to find out that Hilton only owns the top 3-4 floors. I was on the 10th floor so it was owned by a private party operating under Hiltons name. I’ve never stayed at a Hilton so I thought we would try it. Just a disappointment from the get go! Check in was a joke and took forever. "
