Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing was my room was missing a curtain so couldn’t block out the daylight and the toilet didn’t flush properly. I had to push the button multiple times for it to fully flush sometimes.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The rooms smelled of mold and mildew, and the carpets and furniture were filthy throughout the property. The front desk staff and manager, Michelle Reed, were rude and dismissive of guest concerns. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and good service, stay somewhere else!

When I arrived, there was a leftover opened water bottle in the refrigerator, as well as one on the floor in the corner. The room smelled musty, although I'm told that it is to be expected when staying near the ocean. There was a paper towel that had been left between the sheets. There was a loud dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling vent. One of the waffle makers at the breakfast bar squeaked so loudly when turned, it hurt my ears. The front desk staff told me that it happens to all of them, and they and the vendor had tried to remedy it, to no avail. (I've stayed at other hotels with the same waffle makers and hadn't had that experience with them before.) Other than those minor issues, the hotel was clean, the breakfast offerings good (although always the same), and the front desk and housekeeping staff helpful.

Fire alarm went off 2 times during our 4 night stay ac unit very old...And believe it or not a guest helped break down the breakfast line..And the staff let him very odd...Only positive was the Waffle House right outside and ya can't beat the the location of the property easy access to all things Myrtle-Beach...

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The suite was spacious, comfortable and included a microwave and fridge. Very close to restaurants Broadway at the beach, Target/Walmart/TJ Maxx everything is no more than 6-8 minutes away! Huge thank for to the breakfast staff! We went during spring break and they kept the food and drinks replenished with a smile on their face! There was a large crowd for breakfast every morning. Perfect location and perfect staff! I will stay again
