"I plan to stay here again. My wife and I take a drive every year to see the fall colors. My opinion, this is the only place to stay in Bemidji. Fact is, now I look to stay at Hilton Double Tree locations wherever we travel to. (stayed at one in Denver this past June. Would have stayed at one in Canada in Sep if I could have found one) I'm sold on the quality and service. The Bemidji staff are WONDERFUL. (great b-fast also)"

"The host was awesome and extremely responsive. They have a gift shop right beside the motel / log cabin. This was convenient as there was times I was not able to make food on the grill and I was able to pick up a pizza or hot dog. I was also able to get ice cream when I was craving some which was awesome. I highly recommend Big timbers as it is a repeat spot that my family will go to each summer!"

"This cabin is truly a gem. If you are looking for a cabin away from everyday life on the lake, then this is the spot for you. "We had a great stay at Pickerel Hideaway! Everything we needed plus more was included. Amy was accommodating and nearby if we needed anything. The fishing was great (for our catch & release crew) and many could be seen right off the dock. The swim areas and floating raft were great additions for everyone.
