« Parking was lacking, there was no where to really park. Lota of trailers. Had booked a normal room, but was upgraded to a suite due to a mixup with our room, so that seemed nice. Pleasant concierge. The suite was the last suite on the floor. You can tell it doesn't get used much, as there was a thin layer of dust on everything. Only 1 elevator. « We liked that this hotel had suites with King beds, and a separate bedroom. Unfortunately the bedroom had a glass door with an odd see thru curtain which didn't provide privacy for changing, or overnight. The room smelled quite musty and the carpet seemed damp. In the washroom the ceiling above the shower was damaged, as were the walls in a few areas. We appreciated the amount of space in the room, but thought the hotel needs a refresh. « Our only complaint was with the pullout sleeper sofa. The mattress on it was horrible. My daughter could feel every coil & spring as she tried to sleep. I asked the front desk for a blanket to offer some comfort to the mattress but, they only had one thin blanket…Otherwise, everything else was fine. »

« This was such a cool place to stay. Very nice conversion. It’s walking distance to downtown and the river. The bath towels are bath sheets and very thick. What a wonderful luxury. Thank you! The nightlight in the bathroom and the ceiling fan were great! Our personal suggestions: Less confirmation emails. A chair to watch TV. A microwave. I am 50/50 on the contactless stay but my emails were responded to quickly. »
