The room was really nice, and it was awesome that it came with a stovetop and a full fridge. The only thing lacking from this hotel is no breakfast or pool area. But I’m the grand scheme of things, that is super minor. Great room, lovely staff and a great price. I would definitely stay here ...
The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and they had very comfortable beds.
The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay.
There is no elevator so kf you are on the 2nd floor be prepared to walk stairs with your luggage.
We stayed one night on the way from Minneapolis to Grand Forks. We stopped at Fargo and stayed at this AmericInn since highway 29 was closed due to the blizzard. The staff was helpful to keep us updated on when 29 would re-open. Breakfast was good, as was the room. I would not hesitate to stay here ...
I needed to be close to NDSU for a weekend conference and it was. The room was very nice for a smaller suite, I had everything I needed with the kitchen area. When I checked in, I asked about extending my stay another night if the predicted snowstorm messed up travel. He was very nice in making sure ...
Nice people, very clean....nice room! We like the fact there is a bar attached and everything you need is within a mile of the place
I had accidentally left my Apple headphones there and housekeeping turned them in. I would definitely stay there again
Breakfast could have been more extended, with a bit of food diversity, not just carbs by the yard.
If you’ve never been to Fargo, now’s the chance to visit this favorite city in North Dakota. Pack up your carry-on luggage with a camera and golf tees, and get ready to land in Hector International Airport (FAR).
Located 5 km northwest of Fargo, landing at the Hector Airport puts you close to all of the action in town. Both a civilian and military entryway to the city, it’s the most popular airport around town.
Start your tour of the city at the Fargo Air Museum, located 1.6 km west from the airport. There are dozens of colourful planes filling the exhibit halls, like the Grand 51, Huey Helicopter, Polish Iskra Jet, Wright Flyer Replica, North American P-51D Mustang, and the O-1 Bird Dog. There is also an aviation history mural, which depicts flying innovations from 1903 to 2013. For something a little different, make your way to the Edgewood Golf Course. Established in the 1920s, this pristine range is still a favourite of locals and visitors alike. And given its 7 km distance from the airport, it’s a great place to stretch your legs after a flight. Dive right in, and experience the 18-hole, par-71 course that rests right along the Red River.
