« The 4th floor smelled so bad. I thought it was maybe the ice machine but then realized that the smell was everywhere. The sink and the shower in the room, smelled like the water traps hadn’t been flushed or the building had an issue with its sewer line. I felt it was unsafe to use the water, so I ran out to my car, to grab bottled water, to ensure I had water to drink and water to brush my teeth and wash my face with. I’ll never stay there again. Had I not been so tired, I would’ve left the...

"je n'ai pas rencontré beaucoup de personnel, juste à l'accueil. La chambre est propre, le grand lit king est confortable , internet est vraiment mauvais, la salle de bain petite et c'est une baignoire. J'ai aimé les courtiers de porte qui se sont bien occupés d'ouvrir la porte, de prendre ma valise pour le Uber, de la faire avancer jusqu'à la porte, de m'ouvrir la porte de la voiture."
