Helpful Desk Clerks, adequate *parking, speedy elevators, nice pool environment, comfortable bed, Soft-Close toilet seats, like the shower grab bars, excellent television displays in bar area for Sports enthusiasts... promote this perk, it's Football Season.
Room is modern and clean, parking costs 19$ a day. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, fixed low water pressure in my room and also helped me get the right receipts for my business trip. Would stay again!

Room was good.
Fitness center was very lacking for a hotel like this.
Had to pay for parking in an unattended, unsecured lot.
Had to pay thru separate app.
Irritating enough that I won’t go back.
I loved my stay the staff was super nice to me and my son.. it was my son birthday and the hotel staff sent him a small cinmon roll to the room for his bday..
Good clean place to stay. Definitely friendly staff. Proactively checked every day on comfort of the stay.

Hotel was very nice, I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking & breakfast was $25 for adults & $14 for child. We didn’t eat breakfast. Overall it was well cleaned & kept up.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
1. If you are on the freeway side of the hotel, the noise is noticeable all night.
2. The cold running was turned off and could not be turned on - looked like a leak. This meant that I could not take advantage of the free coffee.
3. Shower gel was empty throughout a 2-day stay.
4. Only clock was embedded in the mirror - time was off by 1/2 hr.
5. TV interface was uninformative and tedious - no way to see when current shows ended or which shows were upcoming.
6. Food was decent.
The hotel is very nice and has been renovated in the last few years. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very courteous. The only thing I had an issue with were the bathroom fixtures which didn't work very well. Otherwise a lovely hotel. Breakfast was very good also but the buffet area is too small for a hotel this size
