The hotel was average as there was nothing exciting about it.
Children Area:
The children's indoors adventure play area was small, dangerous and dirty and it doesn't have much to offer. The adventure playground outside was alright but small and not suitable for all the children. There was no staff outside to ensure that there are no safeguarding issues. Likewise in the indoor adventure play area, there are no staff available to complain about issues identified with the play area which appears dangerous and the children using it were complaining about it.
The arcade for the children was expensive and there were not much for the kids to do.
The hotel was meant for family but yet not much was available for the children to do.
Food:
The food provider in the hotel was expensive and average and not much was on offer.
The breakfast offered was alright but not much variety on offer.
Entertainment:
There was no entertainment on offer for the family to make staying at the hotel fun.
Staying at the hotel was boring considering it's near Disney park.
