Très bel hôtel bien placé. Le personnel était exceptionnel. Pour la fête de ma fille ils ont imprimé une petite lettre de bonne fête et lui on amené un croissant avec une chandelle en lui chantant bonne fête. Nous avions la chambre intime et elle était grande et très confortable. Décoration de bon goût. La piscine n est pas grande mais parfaite pour se rafraîchir. Super séjour à cet hôtel et la nourriture etait excellente

Location was great in central Palma...easy to walk everywhere. Love the Pool on rooftop. Staff was very prompt and friendly Food was great Very Quiet and Comfortable

Beside the fact that there is no real room service food, everything else is above and beyond. Vibes a lot like the show White Lotus me and wife kept saying to ourselves.

Beautiful property with the most gracious and helpful staff. Location is ideal for Old Town Palma walk to every major tourist attraction in minutes. Plentiful restaurants and shopping all around. Highly recommend!!!

The property was in a great neighbourhood, with easy public transportation access, a lot of shops nearby and the city centre and most restaurants we visited about a 15-20 minute walk away. The staff went above and beyond to provide advice and accommodate a few requests we had. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The hotel is also incredibly clean and our room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, clean room, friendly staff!

I had a wonderful stay here! My room was lovely and the air conditioning worked great (which was a huge bonus as it was around 35 degrees when I was there). The location is about a 35 minute walk from the city centre, but there are plenty of restaurants and little shops close. Plus, you are a 15 minute bus ride away from Cala Major! I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful hotel! Comfortable bed, and spacious room! We booked a balcony and enjoyed the view late nights while we had some drinks. Buffet breakfast was excellent! Variety of food to choose from. There were three pools. Enjoyed the pool (nice to swim in deep end) and shallow pool had a jacuzzi! We had drinks and snacks at the pool. Pool at sky bar (we didn’t try) but sky bar view was amazing!! Had pre-dinner drinks and appys and enjoyed the view at sky bar then went for a walk around hotel....
