"The staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I had severe food poisoning and my travel companion needed medical assistance. The cleaner was amazing, getting help and cleaning the room. We're both very grateful for the professionalism and support. In terms of the room, it was exactly as described. However, there is no fridge or kettle. A kettle would have been very welcome - something to consider?"

"I was not expecting this hotel to be as good as it was for the price ! In the heart as a base for all surrounding places to visit. Everything was easy getting about down to the staff helping you. The breakfast was plentiful , the spa and full size pool was excellent and all free of charge with a steam room gym and jacuzzi! The staff were outstanding in helping you out and even when checking out made it simple to still use all facilities untill departure time! Def return to this hotel outstanding!"
