This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the garage door facing the front entrance and gate, 1 camera is on the side of the house and faces the pool equipment, and 3 cameras are on the back wall of the property facing the back garage door and the pool equipment. No cameras are facing the pool. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- NOTE: Please be aware there is weekly property maintenance: Pool cleaning Wednesday & Saturday (8:30-11:00 AM), Gardener; Monday (9:00-9:30 AM), Pest Control; second Wednesday of each month (9:00-10:00 AM)
- NOTE: The pool cleaner comes 8:30-11:00 AM. Gardener time change 9-9:30 every Monday. Pest Control- Second Wednesday of every month 9-10 am

We stayed at the house this past weekend and it was fabulous! Me and my husband go to Palm Springs every year and this was the best place we have stayed at. Close to everything, house was well stocked with towels and other items. We plan to stay here again next year!

This is our second time staying here and we highly recommend staying here. The home is identical to the photos. It is extremely comfortable and great for entertaining. It is perfect location and the host are very easy to reach and communicates quickly. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Our overall impression - the home is exactly as described in a very quiet and convenient neighborhood. The house was super clean and offered many amenities such as indoor and outdoor games, pool and hot tub, and impressive outdoor kitchen. Lisa was a great host that helped us get acquainted to the house upon check-in. Unfortunately the weather was terrible while we were here but we still had a great time! I would love to stay here again next time we visit Palm Springs!!!

This home had everything needed for a perfect extended weekend, and then some. Loved pool area and the grassy area to play corn hole. Whatever the weather there was a space to enjoy the outdoors. Outdoor kitchen area was a great bonus. We will be back

The house and property worked so well as a base for our first visit to PS. The hot tub, the great kitchen (indoors and out), and the great TV all helped us go off the grid and enjoy a break from work. And, hiking trails galore made this a no brainer for our stay. As a bonus, Happy Hour at the close by Tropicale with an old friend was the icing on the cake.

We had a great stay at this house. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival and had various necessities needed. Plenty of towels, blankets, robes and kitchen staples. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The pool and jacuzzi were well kept and there were even a few pool toys we could use. The host was quick to respond and kind.

Loved our quiet escape to the desert and the accommodations couldn't have been better. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood so close to town. The cleanliness and instructions for the home were greatly appreciated. Great communication with owners. We loved spending time in the pool and spa with the mountains and palm trees as the backdrop. We took our family of 4 for a long weekend and loved our stay. Lisa, our host, made sure we knew where everything was and answered any questions we had. The house was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay Including fun games and pool toys. The spa and pool were our favorite and we enjoyed spending time outside. Stores & restaurants were all just a short drive from the home. Would definitely come back!

This house was absolutely fantastic! Immaculately clean and fully updated, Lisa the host was wonderful and super responsive, quiet neighborhood, and the private pool and spa were incredible (worth heating though). Thankfully there is very conspicuous signage reminding one to lay down the patio umbrellas as Palm Springs winds can come quickly and forcefully - which they certainly tend to do! Cannot recommend this property enough!

This home checked all of our boxes. Beautifully updated, modern and clean with all the kitchen amenities you could want. A great pool with a Baja deck for our little one, and plenty of pool floats. The only annoying thing was the wind that Mother Nature added, which was pretty constant for our 3 days. It didn’t keep us from enjoying this beautiful home. 🥰

Beautiful property! House is equipped with everything you could ask for. Lovely decor. Every detail perfect. Pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and entertainment area wonderful. Host was the best…excellent instructions about everything and very responsive. All the above get an A+++. The only reason I’m giving a 4.999 is because location is in the windy side of Palm Springs and guests should be aware that windy can be very windy!

We stayed here for 4 days and everything was wonderful. Lisa is an exceptional host, quick and responsive, and helped us with restaurant suggestions and the like. The house is very modern both outside and inside and was sparking clean. Everything is upscale and whatever you might possibly need is there, notably in the well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub and pool appear to be brand new and we really enjoyed them in the heat wave going on while we were in Palm Springs. We can't think of anything that we would improve, and we would happily stay here again! PS Tw restaurant suggestions: Peruvian Fuego and Bill's Pizza. Both have great food, reasonable prices, and excellent service.
