A/C was inadequate for the room size. Luckily I brought my own fan to help distribute the air. Otherwise all was excellent.

I am still waiting for my refund. I was assured by the manager, who was very kind I would get my refund. The pool was nasty. The tiles looked filthy and black dots on walls and bottom of pool.

At midnight there was a lot of stomping around in the room above us. Went to the front to ask if there could be something they could do to stop it since it woke me up out of a dead sleep. Clerk looked at me and said "well they just checked in so they're probably getting things set up for the night." I asked if he could ask them to be a little quieter and he just said theres nothing he could do. I almost went upstairs myself and said something. Very unprofessional in my opinion
