No diving and no glass items are allowed. Guests are responsible for their own and their guests\` safety. Our pool has an optional pool heater which requires a lot of natural gas to heat, using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes only onTuesday and Friday; he comes and goes through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay. ☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you! ☆ Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool. ☆ Broken Items: We understand that accidents happen. If anything breaks, even if it’s not your fault, please let us know immediately so we can repair or replace it for you and future guests. For serious stains on furniture or floors, or any other damages, notify us as soon as possible, and we\`ll address it promptly. ☆ Plumbing: Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet to avoid any plumbing issues. This house was immaculate. It was clean, beautiful, stocked with all of the necessities, toiletries, plenty of towels, coffee, and ice! I’m picky about the little things and we had it all. We even used the sound/white noise machine (which had a night light) for our infant and slept comfortably with all of the blankets and pillows we wanted. Sitting in the spa every night topped off each day and truly gave us a relaxing vacation. ##### John S.
