Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport and 1.7 miles from downtown Palm Springs. The Movie Colony neighborhood is great for walking, running, biking, or scooting. Several former movie-star homes in the area (i.e. Frank Sinatra), and general Palm Springs luxury homes. A 20-minute walk to downtown Palm Springs, you have several dining and entertainment options. Just a 10 minute walk to Ruth Hardy Park. Located on a corner lot, the DW has 1 Carport and plenty of street parking. THINGS TO KNOW: \-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending \-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party \-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater \-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees of $5/day will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking \-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate \-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'.
