8/10 Very good! (75 reviews)
Extremely accommodating staff....spotless hotel. No real amenities. Next door to a restaurant with full menu and very pleasant staff.
Not "right downtown" but minutes away but vehicle, about 15 minutes walk.
Minutes walking away from Sam's Dive Shop and other facilities in the area.
Have been to WP Malakal a few times in the past, and will continue when I visit Palau for my dive trips.

10/10 Exceptional! (2 reviews)
I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat
There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days
Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists
