« I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists »

« The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable. »

« Beaucoup de bruit avec le système de conditionnement d air et de pompes qui commence après 22h00 et qui est incessant pratiquement toute la nuit. Dommage car les chambres sur piscine sont grandes et lits confortables. Le restaurant bar de l hôtel et son personnel est très sympa. En revanche beaucoup d imcompréhension avec celui de la réception pour réservation etc. A améliorer. »

« The hotel’s location is exceptionally excellent 5 stars for that. It is literally walking distance to cafes stores and restaurants. Within the heart of town. The staff was absolutely 5 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service.
