Place still looks new. Very clean but sits on business district kind of far from main streets.Still, There were enough restaurants steps aways from the hotel. Had a great morning walk from near lake. 세종에서 가성비 호텔로 좋은 곳입니다. 다만 방음이 잘 안되는 것 같아요. 소음에 민감한 분들은 참고하셔야 할 것 같구요. 그외 시설은 깨끗하고 좋아요.
