The inside of this house is run down, shabby, and dirty. In the kitchen the refrigerator had broken parts and the microwave did not work. Both bathrooms had mildew on the floor and walls. The toilet seat in the master bedroom is partially broken so one had to be careful when sitting on it. The screens are town, windows are dirty and furniture is torn. There was nothing wrong with the house, it just could have been a little better. The neighborhood is nice in fact my cousin grew up in the neighborhood it's quiet and a nice residential area with a great view out to the beach. Great restaurants (Puerto 27!!), grocery, gas, beaches and interstates all very nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard, gas firepit and how private it feels. My only "negative" feedback is that the house isn't as updated/renovated as it appears in the photos, but not horrible by any means. In fact, based on the features and benefits, we feel it is priced fairly. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit. Beds were SUPER comfy. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. House was as pictured. View was nice, easy to get to. Beach was a short car ride with plenty of parking. Easy access to San Francisco. Beds were comfortable.
