"Our stay at Hyatt Vivid was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The shows and nightlife were amazing, the staff was consistently attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. We also treated ourselves to a spa day, and paying the extra cost was absolutely worth it.
The only downside happened on our last day. We paid for an additional hour of late checkout, placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, and expected to have that time to ourselves. Unfortunately, housekeeping knocked on our door three separate times asking if we had checked out. On the third visit, we only had about five minutes left before our scheduled departure. I was in the middle of changing when housekeeping knocked again and then walked into the room after my wife had already told them I was changing. They began cleaning before we had even left, which felt like an invasion of our privacy and put an unnecessary damper on an otherwise wonderful stay.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our vacation and would absolutely recommend Hyatt Vivid. Aside from the checkout experience, everything else—from the service and entertainment to the food and amenities—made for an unforgettable trip."
