"The house was incredibly clean and well-stocked. The location was close to trail access and downtown Ouray. We rented the downstairs of the home, and the upstairs guests were no issue for us. A designated parking place was nice. I would definitely rent this place again."

"This was a perfect basecamp for enjoying Ouray for 10 days. The condo is extremely clean, and everything is brand new. The beds were very comfortable, and it is centrally located to walk to the hot springs right next door as well as into Ouray. Brand new appliances throughout and a fully equipped kitchen and top-notch towels and linens throughout. We really enjoyed the ping pong table! The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. "
