A quaint Victorian on the outside, it features all the modern-day conveniences and comforts on the inside. The house is located on a corner lot so there is plenty of parking in the yard for trucks and trailers. GREAT VALUE. This house is sunny, cozy and perfect for good friends or two small families. A kitchen island bar makes for a fun social atmosphere. A sunny porch with views, a wood-burning stove,and a ski-tuning shop make this the perfect base camp for your Silverton adventures. This 1200 sf house has four bedrooms on two floors and sleeps up to 10\. There are two small bedrooms with one having a queen bed and the other has a full-size bed with an additional twin bed. Another bedroom has a king bed and full-size futon. Then there's a very small room with a bunk bed. In the living room, the oversized memory-foam window den can sleep a tall adult. (And it's perfect for naps in the sunshine!)
