The house , its location and views were great! The fenced area for the dog was wonderful and the beds were super comfortable. We had a bit of trouble with the Roku remote not working, and the coffee pot leaked water. Both were acknowledged by the property , one in the welcome letter and one in note on the counter however, we feel that these small things could have been replaced/ fixed for not only us but for future visitors. We were able to download the app and the Roku worked with the app, so it is as simple as getting a new one for your guests who may not be as tech savvy. especially if you know there are already problems! Same with the coffee pot. We are big coffee drinkers !!! We did try to call Carl , the property manager, and his mail box was full and it took over two days for a response and unfortunately we did not hear back via message to the end of our 4 day stay so it was just a little late. We really wish his help was available as it would of made our stay more comfortable. Also, in the welcome paperwork it mentioned some complimentary soaps. We did not see these and would of LOVED to try these with hopes that we could recommend them to others. :(
We also wish we would have received check out information to assure we left it the way you wanted. Over all a great stay, just address the little things as these are part of a great experience for your paying guests. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us !
