Quaint, Quiet, and Cozy

Perfect location in the heart of Ouray! Loft was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Check in and out was super easy, property manager was responsive to all questions. Only draw back was the strong sewer smell in the loft...couldn't figure out where it was coming from and not much we could do about it. We cooked and lit candles to cover it up but that's the only real complaint we had. Great place and great town!

Beautiful spot.

This place is so cool. Right on Main Street, beautiful architecture, plenty of room, super easy check in/out. Saving this property to stay in again.

Quick weekend getaway

Beautifully updated apartment built in 1890! The location is great- just a few steps from shopping and restaurants. We were within walking distance of many hikes- a big plus :) Management was quick and responsive when we reached out. This will be the first place I book on my next trip to Ouray!

Great condo

This was probably one of the most well stocked condos we ever stayed in. They thought of everything! I’d highly recommend staying here. The location is steps away from everything.

Ouray Was Awesome

Excellent place to stay. Absolutely everything you would need. We didn't cook, but kitchen is so well stocked. Lovely place to enjoy hot springs, hiking, the small town. Just a great location. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Highly recommend this outstanding apartment/condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, newish unit with great location in middle of town (nice to have guaranteed parking midday). No road noise. Highlight: the pitter patter of rain and flash of lightning through the skylight during a thunderstorm that happened during our stay! Very cool space.

Great loft!

Could have been a little cleaner and there needs to be a screen in 2nd floor bedroom so window can be opened at night. No A/C so this is a must. Otherwise great place and location. Deck is wonderful!

Great location. Easy check in and property management was very responsive. The only downside is whoever is on the other side of the door in the living room is super loud. I have rented this location in the past and don’t remember the noise. Overall a great place !!!

Girls weekend

We came here for my sister-in-law’s 40th birthday and rented this vacation rental. It was clean, had everything we needed. Absolutely perfect. It was right downtown. We walked everywhere, including to the majority of the Hot Springs. I plan to come back again and stay with my husband soon. Perfect.

The loft was fully stocked with everything we could have needed plus extra little touches. I love the Aveda products in the bathrooms! I am a hairstylist with Aveda and it made it feel like home. Thank you for such a great experience. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. We only have one complaint which is the temperature in the condo. We understand not having AC in mountain homes but only one window could be opened that had a screen. The floor box fans don’t help cool the bedrooms. Tower fans or ceiling fans would be helpful as none of us slept well with the heat.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decent stay, not without issues unfortunately.Pro's..- Clean, modern, great location, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. Nice patio(in morning and evening after sun goes down).- Owner/mgt company friendly and timely with communication. Cons...-No AC. Hot!Temps were in the mid 80's outside during the day. It wasn't until late in the evening temps inside the house were bearable. Bring fans! My family is definitely not hot natured, but temps inside the house became more than we really cared to endure. Daytime outside air temps were somewhat warm for Ouray, but not that out of the ordinary. -Queen mattress in downstairs bedroom!!! It's awful and needs to be addressed immediately. Owner/manager stated it had been replaced due to previous complaints, but I'm not convinced this is the case. It's V-shaped and my wife and I would immediately roll to the center after laying down. We each woke up with sore backs. I ended up sleeping on the couch after the second night. We pulled the sheets from the mattress and you can clearly see the middle of the mattress is channeled. As an aside, our 2 sons slept in the upstairs Master King bed and they said it was very comfortable. My wife and I slept downstairs because there's no bathroom in the upstairs Master. - No toilet/bathroom upstairs in the Master bedroom.- Internet is slow. Almost non existent in the evening.
