"This is a cheap hotel so I went in with low expectations. I'll start with the staff was very nice. Check in and out was good no issues.The location was great. I was able to walk to dinner and a grocery store near by. Very safe area to be in. Then there are the issues...The light in the room was partially pulled from the wall. The shower and sink didn't drain they were both clogged. The mini fridge area had something splattered across the front like they never get wiped down. And the floors in the room had crumbs on them like they weren't vacuumed. The floors in the elevator were super gross and so were the stairs."

"The property was clean, the staff was helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of items. My only complaint is that I only stayed there one night and they charged me for two. This is because they have a two night minimum. This was graduation for the local college, I don’t understand why there is a room day requirement when so many people are just trying to find accommodations while attending their children’s graduation."

"The staff was helpful but the exterior was deceptive. The rooms had a moldy, there are watermarks and mold in the bathroom ceilings, whcih is also stripping. The carpets are extremely smelly and need to be removed. The exit door near the staircase is a fire safety and the handle is missing which means anyone can jimmy the door and get access to the building. Along with moldy rooms, one room that was booked smelt like someone just finished smoking in there along with the bed not properly done. The showers were not cleaned and lots of hard water marks around the shower heads. The toilet sets are loose which is a liability issue if anyone sits on it and falls. Lastly, the walls are very thin, you can hear the other rooms conversations along with the television."
