"The only issue we had was that the water had a terrible smell, but that has nothing to do with the owner of the property. Other than the water, it was a nice little tiny house that was perfect for our one-night stay in Jacksonville. It was as the listing described and the owner was very friendly when we messaged! I enjoyed how secluded it was and it was a quiet spot to rest. Would highly recommend if you are okay with things being a little tighter than average!"

Stroll along the peaceful banks of the St. Johns River where locals fish and watch manatees glide by. Golfers flock to Eagle Harbor's pristine courses while families gather at Clarke Park for weekend farmers markets and outdoor concerts.
A heritage property that has been upgraded to more modern standards. The room ( river suite 203) was large with a mixture of antique and modern furniture. The bed was large with great linens. The kitchenette included a microwave and coffemaker. The bathroom had a very large tub and separate shower. Lovely balconey with a great view of the river and bridge. There is no need in this antiplastic age to use plastic cups.
There is a continental breakfast served complimentary . You need to ask for...

Check-in was seamless. Pleasant staff, clean rooms. The king bed was one of the most comfortable EVER for both my husband and I.The coffee in the lobby was excellent. Only downside was the neighborhood seemed less than safe a couple blocks away and many tractor trailers idling overnight on the street outside our window.
