"House was beautiful and full of little surprise amenities. My wife and I traveled up to the UP for a few days of hiking with our toddler. The location of the house is fairly close to the trailheads, and right on the lake. Jay was extremely easy to communicate with inside the Vrbo app, and we had no issues finding the house or anything in the property. "Three of us adults, had stayed at Erin's property 3/1/24-3/4/24. It was more than we expected. Even thou we were there for the "Lost Winter" the location is perfect. The cabin is extremely clean, 3 bedrooms 2 baths, it was great. They have Roku, which I love. It was probably the worst time of year to be there, but I loved it. It was what we all needed. "Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Francis House! The house housed 8 comfortably with plenty of interesting rooms for the kids (and adults) to explore, a great yard, and stocked firepit. The location couldn't have been better, minutes from downtown Ontonagon, right down the street from groceries/gas, and smack dab in the middle of all the hiking, beaches, and waterfalls you could ask for."

"Very cute & clean property with GREAT walking access to Lake Superior. Only snags were ants in food cupboard and leaking ceiling in main floor bathroom. Notified property mgr of both issues and they apologized, offered to remedy the ant problem immediately and ultimately refunded part of our stay. Would definitely stay here again if the snags were fixed. Property mgr very easy to access & work with."
