Absolutely love the convenience of this place. It is right on the Bill Nichols Trail. The South Range Pub and the 1920 Tap & Grill are both just across the street for grog and grub after a day on the trails. The accomodations were clean and the owner was very responsive. Not a lot of counter space in the bathrooms but it was very convenient having a shower room and a toilet room be separate. It truly is RIGHT on the trail system and there is plenty of parking. My college friend and I came up for our first snowmobile trip of the year This place is literally right on the atv/snowmobile trail. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property owner, Vernon, responded within minutes to all questions. And to make things even better the the South Range Pub (popular snowmobile hangout) and the 1902 Tap and Grill are basically across the street.
