Buried in all of the reviews, which I admittedly did not read was that the location is above a bar/restaurant that plays music. « The place was very nice and had everything you needed for a great stay for 2 nights. It was extremely clean, and the property manager got back to me very quickly w/all my communications. The neighborhood was below average. We felt safe but just didn't love it. »

« Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. »

« The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back...

« Property was clean and as described. Had everything that was needed and nothing that wasn't. Was looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful place and the property didn't disappoint. Owner was very responsive to any questions/needs I had. Got lucky with perfect fall weather. Would stay again! »

« You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed...

« We had a good time walking around town. It was close to everything. The apartment was cozy and met all of our needs except the daily news. We are "seniors" and technology comes hard to us. It would have been nice to have cable channels. Thank you for the Lily Pad and its good location. »

« The apartment is large with a big deck. Windows run the length of the wall by the lake for beautiful views. Your boat dock is just outside your door. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds are very comfortable. The fishing was great for this time of year, we look foward to our next visit. »
