"The room was mostly clean except the bathroom. The toilet looked liked it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. The base was disgusting with dirt, hair and pee spots. I cleaned the seat with clorox wipes and disinfectant spray. The rest of the room looked pretty clean but if the toilet wasn't, i started to question the rest. "

"No one was there to check us in. The room was filthy, the toilet ran constantly, the water was brown, we found ants and gnats in the room. We tried to over look the conditions because we were very tired from a day on the road but we had to leave when we found bed bugs. To make things worse the manager did not answer my any of calls. We had to rent another room for the night. The Budget Inn down the road is a much better choice. "

"It was a nice cozy room. The couch was well worn and had a rip in it but overall it still gave the cozy feeling. For an indoor pool, it was not warm in the slightest. It states there is a hot tub but there is not. The pool does have a timer knob; however, if this is the hot tub feature, it's been broken for a spell. Staff is great, breakfast is warm and well maintained. "

"I understand the saying, “you get what you pay for,” but this hotel felt a bit overpriced for what it offers. The surrounding environment didn’t feel very comfortable or suitable for three women traveling together. It seems more like a place that would work well for truckers rather than families or small groups of women. The breakfast was also not very appealing for us, though it might be fine for travlers with different expectations. Overall, it doesn’t have a family-friendly atmosphere. That said, the room itself was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, which we appreciated. I hope this review helps give a clearer picture of the type of hotel this is."

"Centrally located beyween Caprock and Palo Duro Canyons and Amarillo and Lubbock so it served its purpose. Missing some amenities including cooking utensils (flipping eggs with a scraper), no hot pads, no wash clothes. For the money it was good just be aware and prepared."

"What a wonderful place. Everything was perfect. Everything needed was provided. Property is beautiful at sunset. Host is amazing."
