"Although this hotel has been around for about 45+ years it is VERY well maintained. They are just starting renovations but overall it was a great stay. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean, breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and parking was ample. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We couldn’t even keep our a/c on without it blowing constant dirt out into the room. I asked if they could change the filter out, the maintenance guy did go and told us he couldn’t change it out and he couldn’t do anything about it because Lubbock has constant “dirt storms” which I understand but could have atleast changed the filter out "

"just be aware the property is old. Outside doors have to be pulled in order to shut, no plug in our sink drain, no trash can in bathroom. Drain plug in bath was out and when we ran the water, hair from the drain came up into the tub. Shower head was covered with hard water corrosion. No diet drinks in case to purchase. No vending machines."
