Lovely hotel in a very nice location. Away from the old town but nice neighbourhood which js very close to the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the funicular which takes you to Mount Igueldo. Lots of shops and cafes around and also made me feel safe all the time. The hotel also has an on site coffee shop and bar-restaurant which is very convenient.
Room was clean and nicely decorated though the bathroom was a little small. I was given one of the rooms with a balcony which I appreciated and it allowed me to get a wonderful view of the local neighbourhood celebrating the summer solstice with a bonfire and music. It was quite noisy but also a highlight of my trip!
Staff were incredibly friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

"We loved our stay, Annes hospitality was amazing! She was very helpful giving us tips on the best places in San Sebastian, along with doing our laundry and even managed to get red wine stains out of my partners white clothes. Thanks again Anne for everything!"

"We enjoyed a very pleasant short stay at Casa Nicolasa. This pension is ideally situated close to the old town. The staff were friendly and particularly helpful.
