Located just 1 block from Old Colony Beach! The ultimate getaway for a couple seeking relaxation and outdoor beach adventures. This 1st floor corner location is ideally situated with a spacious outdoor seating area, queen memory foam bed, kitchen with 4-person dining area, w/ 55" TV, and AC. Walk 1 block south and you are at the beach! \*\*\*Cancelation Policy\*\*\*: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. non-refundable if canceled within 14 days from arrival. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs. There will be a $50 charge for every 30 minutes past checkout time if not pre-approved by the host. EXTENDED STAYS: For extended stays, refuse disposal is facilitated by designated trash receptacles located at the parking area exit. Residents may be requested to assist in repositioning receptacles for collection, or alternatively, personnel will relocate them as required by the specific location. During the summer season, grounds maintenance may be conducted by personnel during standard business hours. In the winter months, snow removal services are provided. Residents may be requested to reposition vehicles as necessary to facilitate snow clearing operations. You will fall in love with quiet evenings after delightful beach walks. Don’t forget the therapeutic ocean air! Within very short walking distance, you are near The Pavilion and the famous Kokomo’s Restaurant. Kokomo’s is the best ocean restaurant in Old Lyme for a reason, with fantastic ocean views and an unmatched family dining experience.
