« I really loved the staff here, they were all really sweet and had amazing personalities. The room was really nice as well, I did notice some things but I believe they were natural mishaps and shouldnt be taken into account of the hotel itself. I celebrated my boyfriend's 22nd birthday in the Loft Suite, and it was just such a nice room with two bathrooms with showers. We called ahead and they said the room could hold 6 people so we also had some friends over and overall had a really nice day...

C est à la carte et assez onéreux ! Nous n avons donc pris qu une seule petit dejeuner . Soit l hotel donne la mauvaise information ou c est hotel.com avec une annonce mensongère . Sur un road trip de 15 jours c est important que les informations soient correctes »

« Une semaine passée dans cet hôtel pour le travail. Rien à dire sur le confort et le service. Très bien. Manque peut-être une piscine pour la détente. La localisation, par contre, moins bien pour du tourisme car pas de commerces, et très peu de restaurants à proximité à pied. Pas de possibilité de se balader. Quartier très impersonnel. »

"Absolument rien à dire. Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli à l’arrivée. le concierge Philipp est une personne extraordinaire : toujours souriant, de bonheur et de bon conseil. Il a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Notre chambre avait une magnifique vu sur la ville de Dallas. Juste un petit point sur la salle de bain qui mériterait une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner Gold au 18 eme étage était merveilleux ! Le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant Pyramid est extrêmement cher: 6$ un café et 12$ un croissant et un pain au chocolat ( certe très bon mais quand même…) La piscine et la salle de sport sont très appréciables et très bien entretenues. Encore tous nos remerciements à Philipp."
