"Villa Anastasia was wonderful! We stayed two nights in a lovely large family room - perfect for a family of 4. The pool area is beautiful with good quality sunbeds and a great infinity pool! Our favourite part about this place was the fabulous food. Breakfast was a delight and dinner was even better! You order a day in advance as the guest house is very small, we ordered the mixed fish grill and it was delicious!!! It might be important to note that the guest house is slightly out of any town or...
"Amazing friendly service. Nice modern room and facilities. Good breakfast on the hotel rooftop. Excellent location in Olbia historic area. Many thanks for looking after my brother so well for the couple of days he was sick (sickness not related to the stay or hotel). You were very kind and helpful. "
"lovely stay very welcoming staff and beautiful hotel.
Things to improve on, the wifi didn't work at all so that is a major issue and there were stains on the towels. "
"Good location to beach and restaurants. House with 6 units. Location manager nice and friendly, only downside was asking for additional money for second person even agreement and permission was cleared before takeover of room. Room had in one corner mold on the curtain and wall due to moisture from outer wall. "
"Restaurant in hotel made it nice but it was a bit overpriced. Rooftop restaurant was also overpriced. Rrception staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. "
"An historic building close to everything in the old town of Olbia. Everything about the hotel except the breakfast was great. The breakfast was substandard with poor quality products such as juice, coffee, etc. "
"The house is very nice. The only problem for us was that they don’t clean the room every day and they didn’t say, so when we came back it was all messy. Also the day we were leaving we forgot the keys inside and we had to wait for a hour so that the staff can contact someone else inside so they could open us. So in case of emergency there is no one close by the property to help out. "
"Beautiful vistas, nice pool but cold, buffet breakfast pretty good, ;lunch and dinner options rather limited. Other dining not far away by the beach which was awesome with utterly clean and clear water, though also cold."
"This hotel is absolutely lovely, and the grounds smell fantastic from all of the flowers and herbal plants.
The only issue we had was the fact that the alcoholic beverages were very overpriced. A glass of wine that would be between 4-8 euros elsewhere was 14-16. Cocktails were 18-25 euros. This is a small thing overall. "

"Wonderful hotel with spectacular views, comfortable bed in a lovely room and plenty of loungers in the stunning pool area. Breakfast was very good and pets are welcome. There are no shops or restaurants in the vicinity, a bus runs along the main road between the beach and town, but only until 7pm. Closest restaurants ~40 mins walk."

"Fantastic hotel, wonderful welcome with a glass of Prosecco, we were taken to our room which was perfectly appointed, beautiful outside furniture, lovely pool but a bit chilly! Breakfast was served morning in the main restaurant, every thing you could want. Lunch was great and the dinner in the main restaurant was fantastic. We will definitely be back, so relaxing! "
