Nice hotel

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. Lovely room with nice sea view. The only negative is that the terrace is locked after breakfast each day. On the website the terrace is a selling point as somewhere to relax (especially when the rooms don’t have balconies) so disappointing to find out it’s locked.

Location was great close to tram and public transportation. Breakfast & staff very good. However I would not say this is 4 star. Room was big but very basic . No kettle & no cups in room at all.

We stayed in a room for a family of four. The room was very quiet, spacious and clean and the beds and pillows were ever so comfortable. I loved the large bathroom with it's rainfall shower and the room's A/C worked great! The hotel is located in the heart of Olbia with plenty of shopping and restaurants that are all within walking distance right outside the entrance. The only thing I didn't like was that the parking lot was down the street in a dusty dirt/rock area. This was quite cumbersome during check in/out time and it made the luggage and car dirty. Overall, the hotel was excellent and I will definitely be back!

We were here for one night only, because of a flight early morning the next day. 1. Before getting there, the staff were both responsive and very helpful. 2. Even before we got our room, the staff were amazingly accommodating for luggage storage. 3. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is new and very clean. I very much like the bidet. :) 4. We were leaving early morning the next day - before the breakfast times - and the hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating. I expected just a fruit or a yoghurt, we got freshly-made chocolate croissants and cappuccinos, even as the morning room staff were busy preparing for the first serving. Really exceptional service - I can't thank the morning staff enough. 5. But. That exceptional service was marred by the reception staff *on that specific morning*. We had asked for a taxi for 6:40 am. While at breakfast, we got a call saying that the taxi was there (this is 6:30). We rushed down, only to be told by the night receptionist that the taxi had left. I said but we ordered it for 6:40 - he told me it was 6:20 and it was impossible to get a cab. He was not just unhelpful, but positively dismissive and aggressive *and given that we had a flight* he made the already stressful situation even more stressful. We managed to arrange an uber and got to the airport on time, but it did put a damper on our hotel experience. I will not give a lower rating because of that last experience - these things happen - but the hotel should know.

This is a 2 star hotel. The bedsheets are rough sandpaper. The pillows are sad (you only get 2), the towels are cheap. They don’t even have hair conditioner. The shower is tiny. You have to pay extra for parking. I’m so glad we only stayed for 1 night. It was not a good experience.

Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Great location, modern rooms, good service and a very good breakfast. The bed and pillows could have been better.

Room is very plain, like the bare minimum is provided at a price where you can get much more elsewhere. You can’t charge devices without disconnecting the night table lamps, pillows are super flat, no additional ones, one dirty theo no blankets, no tv channels in English, low quality soaps
