« Belle maison, belle situation et très calme. Climatisation performante. Ensemble très vert puisque arrosage automatique y compris pelouse. Mais très peu d'équipements: . dans la cuisine: pas de grille pain, pas de bouilloire, peux d'assiettes et dépareillées, idem pour les verres. . dans les chambres: peu de rangements ni même possible de poser des choses autrement que parterre . extérieur: chaises longues dures sans coussin pour s'y allonger. Très petit lave vaisselle. »
