"It was rather central and easy to access the town centre. The photos advertising the property and reality however are very far apart. In the room the laminated floor was broken and a piece was constantly moving. There were very large laundry bags left in the staircase making it very hazardous to go up and down the stairs. We will give it a two star quality in terms of the quality."

"I really loved this place, everyone was really nice there, Marinella, the lady who works at the front desk office was amazing, she guided me with everything, the staff from the restaurant were very nice, the food delicious, the apartment was perfect, with a spectacular view, I just want to say that you need to have wifi in your phone because there is no wifi in the Island but that wasn't a problem for us, I would definitely come back to this place."

"Mucho cuidado !! He leído otro comentario igual al mío. Yo reserve las vacaciones en el alojamiento BELEVEDERE, un edificio nuevo, muebles modernos y en general las instalaciones parecen perfectas. The apartment itself however is clean, quiet and bright. The location is good for exploring the old town of Sassari. "

"We arrived at 8:15pm. No one was there to tell us where to go or who to speak with. Reception was closed, and nothing in the listing made clear that we were supposed to go to reception. Restaurant staff called through for us. Someone only arrived around 10:30pm to handle check-in — more than two hours after we got there. On top of the stay we were charged €30 for late check-in and another €30 for the receptionist to come to the hotel (plus tourist tax, which is fine). We also had to pay extra...
